Removing Authenticator, blizz support line...

Went the QA about removing my authenticator, because I left my iPhone at a friends yesterday. QA told me to call Blizz support, but it just says, 'high call volume' then some other options to email, and hangs up on me.

There isn't a que or waiting list for calling? Do i just repeatedly call until I get someone?

Keep trying to call until you are able to enter the queue. Our Billing Representatives are working as quickly as possible to address each and every phone call as quickly and completely as possible, so spaces are opening fairly often.
