You see where this is going... So long story short, she's been trying to get the authenticator serial number changed for two days, but she can't get through to customer service due to "high volume" and the call is disconnected.
So the question is this: How else can she get into contact with someone that can help her?
Is the CS phone number overloaded because of people having problems buying the new mount?
