Customer service phone number

My girlfriend dropped her iPhone with her moble authenticator on it.
You see where this is going... So long story short, she's been trying to get the authenticator serial number changed for two days, but she can't get through to customer service due to "high volume" and the call is disconnected.

So the question is this: How else can she get into contact with someone that can help her?

Is the CS phone number overloaded because of people having problems buying the new mount?

Billing still has a queue, but the good news is it's coming down a bit.

It can be challenging to get into the queue. Hitting redial immediately usually has the best results.

Calling on this will be by far the fastest resolution. They have ways of verifying identity on the phone which is MUCH simpler than the alternatives.

Reassigning an authenticator is something we take VERY seriously so the bad guys don't use us for that purpose - and to safeguard your account :)
