Help! This code has already been claimed!

Blizz, I need some help here! :) I bought 4 codes for the celestial steed, sent three out to my brother in law and sister, and the one to my brother in law is telling him that the code has already been claimed, I can't find any help on this anywhere on the site, what do I do ?
