I bought burning crusade but i got lich king.

im realy annoyed that i bought the battle chest at target and i couldnt make a blood elf. it took forever to download and it said it was downloading burning crusade but when i logged on it did the lich king video and i couldnt make a blood elf. so i took it back and re installed it and the same thing happened. so we took it back again but we couldnt get our money back. she made an exception and gave us just the burning crusade to see if that would work but its the same again. i downloaded them when it was still on the free trial but i dont think that has anything to do with it. i realy want a blood elf and we want to see if we can get our money back so i can buy it online instead so theres no manufacturing mistakes.... please help

There should be two separate authentication keys within your Battle Chest, Deadsquiggle; one for the World of Warcraft, and one for the Burning Crusades. It appears that you have registered the World of Warcraft key, but have not yet added the Burning Crusades key.

You should be able to register the Burning Crusades authentication key with your existing World of Warcraft account through the account management page (http://us.battle.net/account/). However, please let me know if you need any additional instructions or assistance.
