I'll start out by first asking if there is anything or any other way to get this done please let me know. My situation is that awhile back I paid for a faction change, around that time I had been getting charged by an unknown company whom I then reported to my bank that I did not authorize those charges. My bank then froze my account and back tracked all transactions for that week as well as changed my account number. That was also the week I had done the faction change. Blizzard was backcharged therefor freezing my account til' it was paid. Well now i'm trying to pay the charge so that I may play my character again and I cannot contact Blizzard by phone [The email from Blizzard said the only way to take care of it is to contact them by phone]. Soo is that my only option or is there any other way I can take care of this?
