CANT LOOT ITEMS IN VOA

Now, i have an issue, i have done my 10 man VOA 2 hours ago, when we killed the Toravon the ice watcher, it dropped a PvP plate gear and a t10 holy pally gear. Then, our loot master left the raid and offline, i won those two items, but nobody could loot whatever I was the Raid Leader or Loot Master. So, i was waiting there until i was the only person in raid. i still cant loot those items, it shows: you don't meet the requirements to loot that item. How can i fix this problem, those gears really good for me, really good upgrade. Please help me.

You need to place a petiton, Quiz. The name of the boss, time - even Raid ID if you happen to have it can all be very handy in researching this.
