Then the next day i couldn't log on as its telling me "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete"
Didn't really know what the problem was so i opened an in-game ticket. And at the time as my bank said that the payment was processed. So i didn't know what the issue was. When i did get a reply back from a GM he told me to contact Billing. So i sent them an email. That was about 3 days ago.
Now... The payment has been taken off my banks transaction sheet and the character is still locked on the destination realm. From what i've read i'm going to just have to do the transfer again. No Problem. But how can i do that if the character is stuck on the realm i want it on?
