I am a well-know Jewelcrafting in my server, i cuts gems for many many people every day, and till yestarday, i never had any issue with my job. Here the story of what happened.

I was Outside Ogrimar Bank, making some golds with cuts like every day when i need to afk often and cant play the game. Suddenly this guy i never see before in tradechannel spam "LF JC", i send him my usual macro like i do always "ogrimar outside bank, near mailbox 10 g x cut", now after i send this macro, 2 things happen,
1) i get ignored (or insulted) , they keep looking for a jc that cut for less or free in tradechannel.
2) They come to me, trade me the gems, get the cuts and pay the charge i asked for the cuts.

This guy, come to me, trade his 2 gems, watch me cut em and then open trade with me, i put the gems on trade window and wait he put the 20 golds he supposed to pay, he instead keep click accept w/o put any gold, after 30 seconds or so wait, i ask him the golds, he reply me with "i didnt agree with your charge" (when in fact he did, becouse nobody forced him to come to me and trade his gems) , after that he keep asking for get the gems back, problem is, unlike enchanting, the gems was already cut, so i said him i would petition a gm for fix this issue (they can check log yes? and see what happened), he keep send me about give him back the gems, he asked me about buy new uncut gems and trade em to him or he will petition.
I was pretty confident about myself, i never scammed anyone, i send my macro stating clearly ahead of time what was the charge of my service, and to me he was the scammer, becouse he come to me planning to not pay and treath me about it with petition.

I was Clearly wrong.

At the end of the story, this guy, got his cut gems for free, didnt get any warning, basically give him the pass for doing this again over and over.

I didnt get payed for my cuts, i got a scam Warning, and my petition got trashed with a "worthless" in-game automated answer.

So dear gms, this is how supposed to go? What else i can do for get "justice" about this Matter?

Thank you.
