Transaction Declined

Hello,

I just made a payment to do the Online Update to Lich King using a Mastercard. Your form said transaction declined, however, I see the transaction actually did take place according to my cardholder.

Apr 8, 2010 Authorization to BLIZZARD ENT*BC UPGRDE, 800-592-5499, CA Completed Details -$39.99 USD

Lich King has not been applied to my account, so I am feeling very frusterated.

Upon calling your number, I have been on hold listening to the same dull sleepy music for almost 2 hours now.

Could someone please address this issue ASAP. The transaction was approved by Mastercard, so why did your form give this message "Transaction unsuccessful. If you are sure
the credit card number was entered correctly,
please contact Billing & Account Services
for further assistance. "

Now those funds are locked and I do not have enough funds to purchase Lich King offline. If you won't take my money, I'm sure someone will.

I apologize if this situation has caused you any confusion or inconvenience, Psychofiend.

As Myburger has mentioned, the charge that you are seeing is most likely in a pending state. If your attempt to upgrade your account to the Wrath of the Lich King was unsuccessful, then those funds should be returned back to your available balance by your financial institution normally within a few business days.

Please note that while many pending charges are released within a 72 hours, the exact amount of time that those funds will be held for is largely dependent on your financial institution's polices.
