Auction House Bot - GMs wont help

Hi. On Emerald Dream, there is an Auction House bot, that is killing the JC market. This bot is on nonstop and undercuts every gem auction.

I've been monitoring it for a while and petitioning it daily. It is very sneaky. I have petitioned it many times, but I never get a GM response. My ticket is just normally closed. I am assuming they message it and get a scripted response and assume there is a player at the wheel.

It creates a random level 2 character. It always is a long 10+ letter name, and it always has 2 or 3 of those weird ascii symbols in its name.

With this character, it will stay online nonstop for 3 days, never logging off. Then after 3 days it will log off, make a new level 2 character of a different name/class, with symbols like always. It mails its inventory to the new character, and continues nonstop for the next 3 days. It is ALWAYS a level 2, always sits in Ironforge, always online, and always makes a new char every 3 days.

This character is unresponsive and does not respond to tells unless it is one of the pre-scripted replies.

The easiest way I have found to track it is to watch the gems being undercut. I can put up a blue quality gem, and it will be undercut by whatever char this person is running, within 2 minutes or so. I just check the name of who undercut me, and it is the level 2 with a long name and ascii chars.

The current bot's name is Viàrabeÿra.

PLEASE check into this Blizz. Our economy for JCing on Emerald Dream is in the dumps. I pretty much have to just vendor my blue cuts, because this thing will undercut all the way down to vendor value, but wont go any lower, making it impossible to sell a single blue gem, unless I get lucky and someone buys it within the 2 minutes before the bot undercuts me.
