Does horde get a city back too?

As it was said on the community site that gnomes are getting Gnomeregan back and giveing ally something to do sence we killed the litch king and there really nothing left to do besides wait for cata does the horde get something to do for example getting the troll city back?

Thermaplugg is a conniving little gnome. I wouldn't be surprised if the gnomes fell short of actually capturing the full city of Gnomeregan.

The dungeon will remain in Cataclysm.
