Name change not in violation of policy

To keep it short, I've had the guild name <Bed Bath and Your Mom> for about a year on Kil'Jaeden US realm. Few weeks ago a GM changed the guild name after apparently someone reported it out of spite. I've been trying to contact a GM to address this issue, but after waiting for 5-6 days with open ticket I usually get an automated response. After writing back an email, I also get responses which clearly show non of the issues brought up by me have been read by the GM.

Here are the issues I have regarding the name change done:
1) The guild name <Bed Bath and Your Mom> is not in violation of http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=20421
2) There are 117 arena teams and 6 guilds with the same name showing up on US armory.
3) For a game rated T for Blood and Gore, Suggestive themes, use of alcohol and Violence, the GM's should not treat it like its rated G. There should be a line drawn between GM's own ideas and the naming policy set by Blizzard.

I am hoping a more senior member of the customer service department can read this message, and for me not to get an automated reply which shows you don't care.

While I understand that you may not entirely agree with our decision on this matter, Samrad, your concerns would indeed be best addressed via e-mail with our Account Administration department directly ([email protected]).
