Mount not Showing up in Mailbox

Hi,

I bought the celestial steed mount from Blizzard's store a couple of hours ago for this account, but it hasn't shown up in my mailbox yet. I was wondering if this might be a bug or if it is supposed to take awhile.

As an addendum, I have restarted the game several times and it has been several hours. I have also tried disabling all my addons.

If you have purchased the Celestial Steed Mount or one of the various pets from the Pet Store and it has not yet appeared in the mail, please exit the game completely and log back in normally. In most cases, this will refresh the necessary character information and the in-game mail containing your new pet/mount will be sent. Please be aware that processing and delivery may take in upwards of 1 hour.


Go ahead and try the troubleshooting steps listed. :)
