Unable to Purchase Celestial Steed

Hi

Cant purchase this item - blah blah - says you cant process the order - checked with my financial company and the card is fine. Been through the queue multiple times now and am getting really f'ing ticked off with your aptly named 'timewaster game' Failoc-alypse...perhaps that was preparing me for another epic Blizzard fail right?

Anyways, want clarification from Billing staff that NO my account is not going to be charged the 20x ive attempted the transaction - yeah I cant get through on the phone because all of your femployees are not answering the phone..thats not my problem its yours so pick up the act..

Also, like many, want clarification on when I can purchase this item..I dont know why I should have to sit through the queue for the 5th time..the number is actually GOING UP...not counting down..

It seems like you dont want our custom..

After further investigation, Littlespoon, it appears your financial institution is currently blocking this particular transaction. I'd encourage you to contact your card provider to see if that block can be removed.

Arionex, it appears you're in the same boat as Littlespoon. Though I'm unable to detail why, it appears your financial institution is blocking the transaction. You may want to give them a ring to see if that block can be removed.

I'll look into what happened with your phone call right away, as well. In the meantime, please accept my sincere apologies. You're also more than welcome to submit feedback regarding your experiences by emailing [email protected] and placing "Attn: Supervisor" in the title. If you use your registered address and provide the approximate time and date of the call, knowing the name of the representative with whom you spoke should not be an issue.
