Blizzard Store- cannot ship to Canada?

Its been 2 months and becoming frustrated.

Been up the Customer support chain many times with this. Follow ups etc..

No one can answer the question as to why Blizzard cannot ship to my address.

There is nothing wrong with the address format, or Postal code.

Your system is unable to accept the address, and it appears customer support is unable to process my online order (2 authenticators) manually.

Your solution to protection against being hacked is the Authenticator, I wish to buy 2 for my accounts yet you cannot provide them because your HAL9000 is off singing "Daisy".

What else can be done.

We have a specific listing on the Blizzard Store for Authenticators that need to be shipped outside the US. This is the direct page: http://us.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=1100000823

Is that the product you're attempting to purchase, Whydgyt? Or did you by chance select the US version of the product (http://us.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=1100000822)?

Whydgyt, just so I'm on the right page here (and thank you for all the information you've provided so far), have you tried using your work address as the ship-to like one of our Billing representatives suggested?

Though I haven't been active in this thread, much has occurred behind-the-scenes. In fact, I believe a representative was able to get in touch with you today and discuss the method by which we'll be getting your shipment of Authenticators to you.

Thank you sharing your story with us, my dear Gnome. Because of the information you've provided, we were able to identify an issue with our shipping system. You rock! Your patience, cooperation, and persistence are all greatly appreciated, as well. :)
