Let me start by saying the issue I need assistance with is a hacking, which was somehow done through an authenticator on my other account. I logged on one day to find my wow account had been taken away from my BNET account. I immediately called into customer service, and this is where my issue starts. I have called a total of 245 times. TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE!!!! And every time you have been experiencing "high call volume". It was suggested to me that I should call in at different times of day.. so I have done it right after opening and during the middle of your business hours, to no avail. Well blizzard, I really don't think there is any excuse at all for this. And before you tell me I don't know how many calls come in a day ect, let me explain. I have worked at 2 different call centers (including ATandT) for tech support for 2 different sized companies. Our average customer hold time was around 2-3 minutes if at all. Now with the amount of money blizzard makes there is no reason your customer service shouldn't share similar numbers. I have taken every step your company suggested to protect my account, Only to see that it was somehow still hacked. So if anything can be done about this, please act soon.
