Upgrading to Wrath

Hello! I have three accounts, two are upgraded to Wrath, one is still a BC only account. I want to upgrade the third account as well. but have a couple questions.

I've never done the digital download, and in fact don't even need the information, just the Key to upgrade the account. How do I do this? Would I need to download the information anyway, or do I just upgrade the battle.net account? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you already have the Wrath of the Lich King installed to the computer that you wish to use to access the account in question, then you would not need to download or re-install the game upon upgrading that account.
