Accidentally transfered to the wrong server

I had recently transferred my hunter from the realm of Suramar to the realm of Frostmane. I had really meant to transfer to the server Frostmourne, but had misread the server I was going to. I didn't realize this until the transaction had already been completed, and I didn't see my character on the server. After looking into it, I realized that I had just wasted $25.00 and 3 days of my game time on a server I have no desire to play on.

Is there a way this can be rectified? Could I have him transferred to my intended server without an extra charge? Or perhaps a refund in which I will be able to transfer after my 3 day wait period is up.

Additionally, I suggest that you avoid using the character in question until you have gotten a response back from our Billing and Account Services department as this may have an effect on possible resolutions.
