it says its down, anyone know what time itll be up? i find my luck kinda bad the day i want to get back into WoW services are down lol ^_^

If the payment I thought went through was retrieving me error messages via e-mail about my CC not working, but my account details says it's pending, when all is said and done, will I have to re-enter my CC info and pay again, or will it automatically go through the payment process for me.

My character has been transfering and unplayable for 14 days now, I am not very happy. The one email I got from blizzard customer service did not address my concern, instead the response told me that I’d have to pick a new name for my character. Any replies I have sent back have not been answered and when I try to call customer service directly I get a message saying they are not accepting calls due to a high volume.
My original attempt to transfer went 10 days and I was not notified there was a problem until I asked on the boards here. I cancelled it and initiated it again and it took another 4 days at which point I received an email notification that a problem has occurred again. The email said that I would have to go to the transfer page to cancel the transfer, but that page is now unavailable.
I don’t know 14 days of no play when I’m paying a monthly fee seems unacceptable to me. :P Do I get a refund? Or credited the 28 frost emblems I missed out on? :P
