I currently have a recruit a friend account and wanted to know if I bought a 2 month time card would i be able to claim my rocket today and not have to wait 2 months.

If you applied a 2 month game card, Jaggerjak, you would be able to claim the mount that is currently available, which would be the Zhevra.
