just got that in my e-mail and im wondering <snip>is that not sure if it from blizz or someone trying to hack my account

The e-mail that you posted, Dendaros, is commonly referred to as a scam or phishing e-mail. These are designed to trick players into releasing the account details. Therefore, I suggest that you avoid visiting any of the links that are listed within that e-mail as they may lead to malicious websites.

Additionally, it may be a good idea for you to review the following sticky thread for several examples of other phishing e-mails that have been reported to us previously:

Finally, we would appreciate it if you would forward that e-mail to [email protected] so that we may continue to investigate these reports.
