WoW Visa - rewards redemption

I just went to redeem some of my Visa rewards points for my Wow accounts and found that the only option is to redeem points for game card time. Where is the option to directly apply points to my accounts? I tried using the game time option and it said it was sending the codes and the receipts to my email but they didn't show up yet and normally I get email receipts from Blizzard actions almost immediately.

Was the system changed or is there another page for redeeming points for a card that was attached to the game accounts?

I can confirm that a total of 3 codes were recently sent to the e-mail address that is currently registered to the account you are using to post, Jindoo. Please be sure that you are checking your spam/junk folder for your e-mail address.

If it does not appear that the codes have arrived there, then I suggest that you contact our Billing department by phone so that we may assist you with this issue further.
