Hacked/Authentication code that i did not buy

sorry just posted again , i have already posted this on technical support form , but someone told me it's better and faster to put this on customer service form . so i post again here.

I cannot access my world of warcraft account because of an authentication code that i did not purchase. a i am scanning my computer . Please remove this blizzard. thanx~

seems lots ppl got hacked today <_< . sigh checked my armory all my sellable gears are gone T_T

hope blizzard can slove this quickly ~~~ many thanx

It does sound as if your account has been compromised if you're being prompted to enter an Authenticator code and you did not add an Authenticator to your account. Accordingly, I encourage you to take a few moments to review the following threads for additional information on how to secure your computer and report it as compromised:
