High call volume? Wtf...

I have been trying to call blizzard for over an hour, hanging up and redialing because it gives me a recorded message saying high call volume, Unfortunatly we are unable to take your call at this time bla bla bla, and then it just hangs up! No matter how many times i call i can not get in queue. I pay for a service, i expect customer support. This is just ridiculous.

I quit playing WoW for a while and decided i would start playing again but there seems to be an issue with my battle.net and i need to call in. <removed> . Seems like your company still hasn't changed and your customer service sucks even more then it did before i left. Unbelievable.

First, please refrain from abusive or inappropriate language in your posts (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/forum-coc.html). We're aware of the high wait times for telephone service, and we have a sticky posted regarding the telephone wait times here:

In addition, you are calling on the same day that we've introduced two brand new and very popular additions to the Blizzard Store, so our Billing & Account Services staff are likely to be seeing a higher volume of requests than normal. We are working to reach all of our customers as swiftly as we possibly can, but some patience may be in order.

May I ask what the issue with your account appears to be with your account? Perhaps I can provide some useful guidance.
