In this case, if you are encountering an error message that we were unable to process your transaction, and you believe that it is due to your current location, then I ask that you please continue your attempts to contact our Billing department by phone so that we may attempt to help you with placing that order.
As you may have already guessed, there is a lot of excitement flying around with the recent announcement of these new pets, and as a result our Billing and Account Services department is currently receiving even more inquiries than normal. I ask you for your patience in your attempts to contact us as we are doing all that we can to help all of our players as quickly and as accurately as possible.
