Is this blizzard email legit?

First off the email this was sent to is not the email blizzard should have. Secondly I have been playing wow for 5 years and today was the first day I made this email. However it looks legit and its from @blizzard.com

No harm in asking, Beastules. The above advice is pretty solid, though, and that e-mail should be forwarded to our Hacks team at [email protected], as it is a fake. :0)
