Paid for a faction change

Ya I want to move this elf druid cyklon from icecrown server to a horde tauren druid on Azjol-Nerub server where I have my horde toons and it shows up as faction change but it didnt move to Azjol-Nerub where I wanted him hes still on icecrown taking up a save slot and since you guys cap the save slots at 10 per realm and I have 10 level 80's already on icecrown which is why I want to move my druid over to my horde server on Azjol-Nerub.

I got the email saying its pending but when i log into the game there is a box by cyklon saying its ready but its still on the old server. Will it then move him after I rename and customize him or what am I supposed to do now

I'm terribly sorry for any confusion, Cyklon, but the Faction Change process does not allow you to transfer your character to another realm. In order to transfer your character you must also purchase a Paid Character Transfer.
