Game card not working

i just bought a game card and i typed in the digits that were written there.. it says the gamecard is invalid... i need some help.. what could i do in this situation =( the card is already scratched obviously.. =(

Aha. You live in Europe?

Can you look at the back of the card and tell me what website is listed near the bottom of the card?

I'm afraid that this is not something we support; however, you may want to have your friend call in to verify that the code is correct and has not already been used. Unfortunately, without the card in hand it will be increasingly difficult for us to verify the code.

Contact our Billing Department to determine if any game time was recently added to your account. If not, tell him that you tried the code, saw that it didn't work, and then were told by our Billing Department that no game time was added to your account and that he should contact them if he'd like to inquire further about the code. Also, please be sure to let him know that selling game time codes for in-game gold is a violation of our policies and can result in actions including account closure, so he may want to avoid participating in such transactions moving forward (as would you). If gold changed hands, please feel free to open an in-game petition to notify our Game Master staff so that we may investigate this further.
