Password Being Reset

Recently, my account was compromised. It's been/being resolved and I only mention it as a precursor to the reason for this post. My wife also plays, but from a different computer (one that has always been protected, unlike mine) and obviously her own accounts. Today she has received 3 notices of her password being reset. From all we can tell these are genuine Blizzard notices, and the link goes to the actual battle.net form.

When my passwords were reset as part of the recovery process I at least received a notice that it would happen from a GM. Since her account was never compromised, why is her password being reset and why isn't she being given notice of it?

One of her characters is Itzy on Winterhoof.

The password reset was part of a guild bank restoration - likely connected to your compromise, Zap.

4/15 - that one was from us, and it looks like it may have gotten triggered twice - so two of them.

Actually Zap, if you have the pup - they DID put an authenticator on.

You just caught it when they'd taken it off, which they also sometimes do. Those will/should disappear without an authenticator on the account.
