dont know how or why, ive checked with the cards i use, tried both of them and still the same response. i've called them and know for a fact that they are useable, so im not sure why its been doing this. ive tried on two seperate computers as well. so not sure why this is happening at all. even though the mad rush for the mounts is going on the queue system in place should be preventing problems like this as should website testing before it goes live. hoping i get a blue post to let me know whats going on.

Talius, it appears the first payment method you used was declined because your financial institution if blocking the transaction. You may want to give your financial institution a call to see if the block can be removed.

As for your additional attempts with different payment methods, I'd encourage you to double- and triple-check that all the information you've entered is correct before submitting. This includes the registered name, billing address, and security code. Accidentally mistyping any of that information may cause the transaction to fail.

Forever, you're in a similar, but different boat. I'd encourage you to contact your financial institution to make sure that all the information you're entering online matches the information registered to the card.

Turkeyburger, can you try the transaction again? Keep in mind the advice I've provided to your fellow posters, too, and make sure that the information you're entering matches the information displayed and registered to your card.

Aibhegael, it looks like one order was successful. If you're attempting another order, you should be good to go. Just make sure that the information you enter is correct, etc etc. :)

Q u o t e:
Syndri,

I checked my information. What kind of information is wrong? Is my financial institution blocking it?

This is a gift card that I just bought, I don't see what could be wrong? I registered it online with the correct information too...

Were you able to register a billing address to the card successfully, Forever?

Peachhoof, it appears that the financial institution associated with the first card you used was blocking the transaction. Similar to the advice I've provided others, you may want to call them to see if that block can be removed. The second card you used should be okay to use now, though.

Rakumn, it looks like you may have entered the information associated with the first and third card you used incorrectly. If you opt to use either of these cards again, please double- and triple-check that every bit of information you enter is correct. This includes the registered name, security code, et al.

The second you used appears to have been declined by your financial institution (the transaction was blocked by them). You may want to call up the financial institution associated with this card to see if the block can be removed.

PS - Pre-paid gift cards are accepted on the whole, but we're unable to guarantee that each individual card will work. (If that makes sense?)

Moonglowe, can you try the purchase again? Just make that all information you enter is correct, etc etc. :)

Q u o t e:

Why do you mean by "verify," Talius?

Q u o t e:
i mean could you check to make sure that it works properly if i input it again? if thats possible that is

We're unable to tell preemptively whether or not a financial institution/card provider will block a specific transaction. Also, I'm not sure how I can verify whether or not the information you're about to type in matches your card. =/

Q u o t e:
I'll try again when i get to the front. However, I have 3 transactions listed as pending on my card now, would it get that far if the information was wrong?

Unfortunately I don't think so, Moonglowe. You may want to simply wait a bit until the queue dies down and try again if you're concerned about those pending transactions.

I know that there's been rumors circling that the Celestial Steed is only available in limited quantity, but this is incorrect. This mount is not currently intended to be a limited time offer.

Q u o t e:
any chance you could just bump me up to 1'st spot and just go ahead with the transaction? im guessing not lol :P

I fear that's not within my superpowers, Talius. Keep in mind the information I shared with Moonglowe, though. If you'd like to wait and try back at another time, that's certainly an option. The Celestial Steed is not going anywhere. :)

Nihlus, it looks like your financial institution is blocking the transaction. You may want to ring them up prior to initiating another purchase to see if that block can be removed. Also, it appears that some information may not have been entered correctly the first time. Just be sure to double- and triple-check that the information you're entering (registered name, security code, CC number, etc) matches what's displayed on your card.

Tersa, it appears the transaction was blocked on our end. This shouldn't happen again, so you're welcome to resubmit. Just make sure, as always, that you're entering in your card's information correctly. :)

Q u o t e:
The name on the card is the billing address im assuming and the middle initial isnt included, could you verify that for me synd? just trying to make this go smoothly

Just enter whatever's registered on the card. If a middle initial is registered, but no space to enter one is provided, then don't worry. :)

Q u o t e:
I've kept trying and after getting through the queue again am having the same problem.

Reason, any at all yet? D:

No updates yet, Forever. Thank you so much for your patience, though.
