I have recently just got back into playing wow and I was told by a friend that they made a change to Murkimus and he was going to be mailed to all the toons on you account if you had earn him, but he hasn’t be send to any of my old or new toons.

It sounds like the Game Master thought you were referring to a different event, Yukina, I'll see what can be done.

This may be something that I need to have forwarded for further review, Yukina, can you give me the name and realm of a character that has Murkimus. I'll check it out.

Small update for you, Yukina.

We've not forgotten about you :), this may take awhile longer to resolve. In the meantime, we've had a Murkimus sent to your characters on Cairne. The intent is to get this resolved for you globally for all characters, but that may take a little while.
