Paid Character Transfer Currently Unavailable

For the past 2 days now, I have been trying to do a character transfer to another realm, I keep getting the following message: "We're sorry. The Paid Character Transfer service is currently unavailable. Please check back at a later time.

Can someone please tell what is going on?

This appears to be a browser related issue that is frequently resolved by using a different browser. If trying a different browser has not resolved your issue, you may want to try clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files, folks.
