I currently have a Trial account. However, i have paid for all the upgrades and the 6 moonths after. But the account is still frozen as a trial for 10 days. This is not acceptable. I don't care about teh 10 free days, i just want to be able to play and talk and use the AH/Trade , and especially go to WoTLK. Can you please REMOVE the trial from my account. I have tried everything i can do personally, your phone line is down and i am happy to pay for more time as soon as you cancel it. Please help, if i have to wait 10 days i will be really frusterated with this game.

I apologize for any confusion, Rumgrog. Your account has been upgraded, but not all trial restrictions are immediately removed following the online upgrade process. As is stated multiples times as you are upgrading the account, chat and trade restrictions will remain unavailable for up to 72 hours while we process your request; however, leveling and game time restrictions are removed immediately.

I encourage you to remain as patient as possible during the 72 hour processing period, Rum. We hope to see these restrictions removed soon.

ack, Thank you i guess... so after 3 days it should be back to semi-normal? Will it happen prior to 72 hours? or rarely does that happen?

Sometimes! It just depends on how quickly we're able to process incoming requests and how quickly we receive the necessary verification from your financial institution.

Ok, i can enter WoTLK now... but i still can;t trade/use mail... which is the big thing.. is that what you meant my 'social functions' that will be offline teh full 10 days? or will they be removed within the 72 hours?

These restrictions will remain for at most 72 hours provided the upgrade is successfully processed.
