In game Gm failed me hard and AGAIN!!

So i put in a ticket 3-4 days ago about a promotional code not working. I sed my UDE code at the promotions page which in turn game me an ingame code to use. So i run to booty bay to use my code to only get "code is ivnalid please try again" Well after waiting patiently for 3 days i get a "your ticket will be serviced soon" So seeing this i sit in Dal waiting patiently expecting a GM to contact me any minute. After an hour passes i see my ticket changes from "ticket will be serviced soon" to "Ticket serviced"

This is where things get irritating. The first line the GM says he tried to contact me in game and i missed him. That's a lie, i was never contacted. The gm decided to handle this ticket without talkign to me. He gives me the typical "make sure code is correct, you are using it at the right place, inventory isn;t full" basically useless help. So maybe you guys can actually help me here.

The code i used was not used prior to me. World of Warcraft promotions website accepted my code, i also used the correct server, because after i entered code it says "use this XXXXX code on Kargath realm" Ok so code worked fine, server is mine. So i go to Booty Bay and give the guy the code. "Code is invalid please try again" My question is this code was given to me when i entered the promotional code, so how can it be invalid? It was copied and pasted, typed in manually, checked over 50 times, and is dead on accurate. Anything anyone at Customer service can do to help me out?

Unfortunately, I would not be able to offer too much assistance directly via this forum, Ã…mbulance, as we would need to get the code that you are using on our website from you in order to investigate this matter further, and I cannot encourage you to post that information on a public forum for obvious reasons.

However, I may be able to give you a few tips that may help resolve this issue for you. First I suggest that you once again go to the following page to redeem the code that was provided on the card:

Please be sure that you have selected the correct region and realm that you would like to redeem that item on. When copying the code down that the page provides, it may be a good idea to paste this to a text document first and be sure to remove any potential spaces from the front and back of the code as this will cause issues if you are attempting to paste it into the claim box in game.

If the issue persists, Please contact our Game Master department once again with both the code on your card, and the in game redemption code that the website listed above provided you with so that we may fully investigate this situation for you.
