I'm not precisely sure what you mean, but I'd like to help if I can. Could you explain exactly what is occurring with your friend? I'd like to clarify that there's no such thing as 'blizzardadvice' or 'blizzadvice'. In fact, we have no in-game volunteers at all. Every Game Master is a full employee of Blizzard Entertainment and works out of a central office.

If your friend is impersonating a Blizzard Entertainment employee, then that could have serious consequences for his or her account. =(

Troll is trolling. Way to feed him a turkey dinner. He's all filled now.

I rather disagree; as there appears to be evidence that the characters in question actually exist, I'm not so sure that this was a trolling attempt.

Additionally, even if it was, I understand that others read this forum, and even a potentially questionable thread can represent an opportunity to disseminate useful information. In this case, I was able to comment on impersonating our staff, and the nature of being a Game Master. Regardless, you can trust that I tend to take a dim view of trolling and treat it accordingly.

Also, turkey dinner sounds delicious, and I am now hungry. For this reason, I am filled with frownies.

I hope you're happy =(.
