Weird FPS lag after 30 minutes of playing.

I don't know what causes it. I have a good PC. I don't use addons. Could I have a faulty install or something? Are there cache folders I can delete?

The GPU temps will tell us the most. Also include the make and model video card you're using.

That's overheating severely.

I'd suggest you unplug the computer, open it up, and using a can of compressed air, clean out the video card's fan and heatsink assembly. That's often all it takes to restore proper cooling to it.
