How long have you guys been waiting after it says this?

I logged on to my guy at about 10:00PM my time, and this message showed up. I'm really anxious to talk to a GM about the few issues I have, so I've been sitting here waiting. It is now 2:30AM.

Should I hold out longer? Or is the joke on me?

Thanks for any help.

Petitions are currently at 2-3 days, Wrath. Just leave your petition open when you log and given sufficient details, almost all can be addressed even if you are offline.

There is a keymaster in the sewers of Dalaran you may wish to check with to see if they can replace that key. He can do most of them.

The last portion is just a restoration request, if it's on the character you petitioned in with, shouldn't be difficult to look that up.

I don't see anything in your last petition that would necessarily require you speak to a Game Master.

That can certainly be considered, Wrath.

I can't guarantee we can grant that request, only the Game Master that gets your petition will be able to make that determination, but it's not a terribly unusual one :)

Triz, didn't you have a 2 hour window to return that cloak?

I'm not sure this is something we'll be able to reimburse anymore, but if you leave this petition open we can certainly look into things.

Is that the petition you are referring to?

This will just need to be looked into, Triz. Items should have that to my knowledge. Stackables won't, a few won't - but those should have warning messages.

That system has been in for a year, we don't often refund this type of thing anymore.

Oh wait - that medallion gives an achievement, doesn't it.

Those are special cases. Yeah, this is going to need to be looked into - but that's why you wouldn't have gotten a timer.
