Second try for a xfere

I tried to transfer this pally from Ravenholdt to Wrymcrest and it took close to a week with no response so I canceled and (thinking maybe the credit card info was wrong) tried a different card. I have been sitting on this try since Thursday. Is there something I should know?

Last week there were periods of time where the process was very slow, and that's happened again yesterday/last night. You seem to have impeccable timing in making these requests >,< !

I'd recommend letting this one sit for awhile. We do have our techs currently looking into why the transfer process became sluggish yesterday, and there is a bit of a backlog it's trying to work through.

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Any other character is fine to play, just not the one with the transaction pending.

Our techs are still addressing this, I've not received any updates lately, but last I heard they were trying to get the backlog worked through and this was still processing rather slowly. If we get further word, I'm sure my teammates will be happy to update throughout the day.
