As it has been pointed out by some people in this thread, you will have trial restrictions for up to 72 hours while the transaction finalizes. Things like leveling restrictions and skill up limits have been removed, so you can continue playing for the time being. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once the transaction finishes and all trial restrictions are lifted.
