No summoning Circle in Orgrimmar.

I went to do my Void walker quest when I hit level ten, what did I find? There was no summoning circle there. I dropped the quest and picked it back up still no circle, I've log in and out of the game and still nothing. Here I am ten levels later and on my succubus quest, and there's still not summoning circle. I've had an in game ticket for over 24 hrs.
