Hopefully this is not a repeat but I have not yet seen my post.

So I have an account with lvl 80 toons on Balnazzar weboxen, weblock and webhero that I have not played in a while and I can not reactive this account because the battle.net email address associated with it is not no longer assocaited with any wow account. How do I go about reactivating this account? BTW I know I am using the correct battle.net account because I found an email from blizzard in the inbox of said email account saying "World of Warcraft is celebrating its fifth anniversary, and we’re inviting you back to Azeroth to take part in the festivities. Your account has been selected to receive 7 days of FREE game time - simply click below to claim your time and rejoin the adventure. "

So how do I reactive this account and still have my lvl 80 toons?

P.S. an authenticator is associated with this account

There should be an option to "Merge a World of Warcraft® Account" listed on the Battle.net Account Management page, Rubus. Using that option you should be able to merge the World of Warcraft account in question to your Battle.net account using the original World of Warcraft account name and password.

If you do not recall what the password for the World of Warcraft account was, then you should be able to request a password reset via the following link (https://us.battle.net/account/support/login-support.xml).
