"Logging in to game server"

I'm stuck at this screen on a different account, i can log into all other servers fine, just not Burning Blade.
It just sits at that screen for a while and goes back to the server select one.

I'm sorry to hear that any of you might have experienced issues logging into these realms. We have not yet received widespread reports of this issue, nor are we able to currently replicate it currently.

Are you all still unable to log into those realms? Are you able to see your character lists, or do they fail to load? Is there any further information you can provide which might help us isolate this issue further?

Thanks for the information all! If this issue is indeed regional or related to a specific provider, then we may not be in a position to resolve the issue directly, since it could be in the hands of your ISP.

If the issue is regional or ISP based, that would help explain why we were unable to reproduce the situation. This is probably a situation best handled on our Technical Support forum as, based on the circumstances, it appears that the nature of this issue extends a bit beyond the purview of the Customer Service Forum.

That likely has to do with how the issue was presented, I believe.

Normally, realm login issues can indeed be fielded here so such a move was appropriate - ISP or Regional issues are another matter, but that wasn't clear when the thread was created.
