RAF Wait time?

Hi, I recently reffered a friend of mine to WoW and got him the game + 2 months of time (Codes from the blizzard store, not a recurring plan). I'm just wondering how long it usually takes for the rewards to become available. His account is fully upgraded now and it looks like the time has been added, but the RAF page still says there are no rewards.

I was hoping to get the Zhevra mount before it became unavailable, is this possible? Or will it already be the rocket mount before the reward is claimable?

Thanks in Advance.

-Jerot

Edit:
Somethings wierd with his payment history. its showing this:

6/15/10 $14.99 USD 30 Day GameCard (OnlineStore) Pending

5/16/10 $14.99 USD 30 Day GameCard (OnlineStore) Pending

4/16/10 $19.99 USD Upgrade to Standard Account Pending

4/6/10 N/A 10 Day Referral Trial Active

Whats with the dates?

Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character that is on your friend’s account, Jerot?

Xerion, if you would like me to look into your issue as well, please give me the same information; also, if this character you are posting on is not on the veteran account, please clarify that and give me a character name that is. :0)

Looking at the situation, Jerot, it appears that Gentleperson (and previously TestingRAF) is not on an account linked to your own via the Recruit-a-Friend program. My records seem to indicate that you do have an account linked to your own, but that it is located under your own Battle.net account. If you happen to know the individual you attempted to recruit out of the game I have a theory as to how this situation came about, ultimately, though, you are going to need to contact our Billing & Account Services department to get this situation sorted out:

Hours of Operation: 8AM to 8PM PST— Wednesday through Tuesday

Xerion, you appear to be in the same situation. Both of you should be able to see a WoW1 account when using your Battle.net account name to log into the game. These accounts are the ones linked to via the RaF program. If when you sent the invitation your friend attempted to accept the invitation from the same character, you may have inadvertently bound a second account to your own; due to the fact that the first account was not ever logged out.

Ah, I see the situation fully at this time, Jerot. The account that you are posting from currently has used the RaF program to recruit your own WoW1 account; that account subsequently invited your friend. So, the chain of linking would be your current account receiving triple experience, and being able to summon any character that you create on your WoW1 account. Any character on that account would also receive triple experience when grouped with a character on Gentleperson’s account-would also be able to summon any character and benefit from all other RaF bonuses, as long as restrictions are met.

Q u o t e:
But it says that the accounts are linked. my friends said to wait 72 hours for the RaF to take affect. my friends who also RaF'd said they also had a WoW1 account on their battle.net account.

I understand that he may have a WoW1 account as well, Xerion, but the account that is linked is under your Battle.net account - which is why you are not receiving any of the benefits. The 72 hour waiting period that you are thinking of has naught to do with RaF accounts, other than when upgrading from a trial account using the online upgrade any account may be subject to a few minor restrictions until their financial institution has released the funds, and the transaction is finalized.

Billing is going to be the only way to get this situation resolved, mate, simply explain to them that the account was created under your own Battle.net account, instead of your friends. They will understand, and should be able to get everything sorted out rather swiftly.
