There is no Ninja Looting in WoW. In game mechanics ensure this.

A Scam is if you violate clearly stated rules for the loot

people kick players for being bad all the time
players also do not give loot to players who do not perform to the expectations, or tell them no for what ever reason, that is why
A. Kicking players is not scamming
B. Not giving players loot is not scamming

If you'd care to give me a character name/realm on the account in question, I can probably provide the rest of the story, Kestreal.

No, for fear something else may happen for my use of my trial account to post. can you provide details on why this ninja would be considered a scam?

Oh, I could speculate why such a low-down dirty trick might be considered a scam all night long - but that would be irresponsible, wouldn't it.

I'd much rather look at the record and report factually if you wish to pursue this in public. You don't need to tell me the character that actually perpetrated this, just one on the account and realm in question.

yep, just waiting on the blue, no more community comments needed,

Well, the story you related is pretty straight-forward, sadly you don't seem to see the problem with what you did.

Toss premeditation into this mix and I'm afraid it comes up scam, Kestreal.

I see you have an appeal open. I really wouldn't count on this being overturned, but we'll look into it.

Preplanning, intent. That is premeditation.
