Mobile Authenticator problem

My phone was broken and mobile authenticator software on my phone got deleted.
What should I do? I still got the serial code of the authenticator. Would that help?
Please help.

If the Mobile Authenticator application is no longer installed, I'm afraid that you may need to contact our Billing Department and have the Authenticator removed from your account and then re-added once you've downloaded it again.
