Frozen authenticator

Posted this in the Technical Forums as I thought this might be a tech problem, but the more I think about it, its also a Customer Service problem.

Tried logging into WoW tonight after work, and found that my authenticator was already locked on a 6 digit code. Pressed the button to reset it, but didn't work. Tried to enter it in, and it didn't work. It's still locked on this 6 digit code, and will not reset.

Help? :X

I am also unable to log on my blizzard account page.
