Can you provide me the name and realm of your girlfriend’s character, Fireup? I may not be able to provide all the information, and you may simply have to contact Account Administration, but I’ll see if there is anything I can do to help clarify what is going on. :0)

There have been changes made, since the old archaic ways of doing things, and Billing & Account Services should indeed be able to assist these sort of issues over the phone. :0)

the Tele company retracted 4 at once so does this still count as one time or subsequental due to the 4 retracts?


This should count as one instance, Fireup. You may want to speak to a Billing rep about ways you can protect yourself from this occurring again in the future.

I understand why you would be upset, Fireup. If all of the effort, time and money I have put into my own account was gone, and I didn’t understand the reason why that was, I would be pretty vocal about it. :0P

I’m glad we were able to clear up the situation, and I wish you luck in getting everything sorted out.
