Mobile Authenticator Lost - Unlink It?

Yesterday I was brought on an OTA upgrade of my Motorola Droid from Android 2.0 to 2.1 OS, and upon my phone restarting - it would not restart properly. The result of such was that to even be able to start my phone, I had to format it. This, needless to say, resulted in me losing my Mobile Authenticator app on my phone.

This leaves me unable to login to the game, or the account management website, to do anything to unlink the authenticator from my account so that I can set it up again with the app on my phone oncemore. I was wondering if this can be performed through the forums, as the Account Services website recommends that I post here to get this issue resolved as they are permanently busy and won't let me wait on hold.

As Shandiee has suggested, continuing your attempts to contact our Billing and Account Services department by phone would probably be your best bet, Scol. While we are currently experiencing a very high call volume, you should be placed on hold as soon as there is a line available to hold your call.

Alternatively, may also request the removal of an authenticator from a Battle.net account by submitting a completed copy of the following Terms of Use Form along with a photo copy of your ID:
