Visa Gift Card Error.

Hey, I've made sure there's enough money on the card, I just bought a $50.00 Visa Gift Card.

I get this Error An error has occurred on this page We encountered a problem processing this credit card.
Please contact Billing & Account Services for further assistance.

I registered the card etc, and on the Visa Website it shows Ready for use, and $50.00

Any reason this isn't working? A Blue has referred me to these cards.

While there are a number of steps that you can take to better your chances that a prepaid credit card will be accepted by our system, they are still not a supported method of payment, and you may run into a few issues that we are unable to resolve or explain, Ã‚pollo.

That said, it may be a good idea to contact our Billing and Account Services department by phone as we may have better luck with attempting a character transfer with that card on our end.
