Faction change delay - Blue Tracker

I'm sorry for posting this topic to add on to the amount of threads with same questions

I have been in queue for almost half a day. Is this something i should worry about or just wait it out for 2 more days?

I intended to faction change then an hour later i would of transferred to another server. But my plans have been spoiled! I have done the faction change process in the past, I have checked the status maybe 100 times! maybe i'm just too optimistic for my own good lol.

Any advice or information would be appriciated

Both of these are fairly new - it may take a few hours to work through the system.

I see nothing on either of these that would indicate an issue - yet.

I can log onto the character that has the faction change pending. is that bad?

Yes, yes it is actually. You shouldn't be able to do that.

I'm awaiting word back on that particular aspect of this issue as well as a few others. I'd still let it be for awhile, but this may be one that needs restarted. I just don't know that for a fact yet and would hate to see you sent to the back of the queue if it's not necessary.

Actually, even under the best circumstances, 'normal' can be anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.

Unless this has gone over 24 since your submission, probably no need to be terribly concerned, at least not yet.

Please do NOT log into a character that has had any transaction requested. That has the potential of glitching the process itself. That character should be locked, but we've had reports lately that may not happen in all cases.
